Water Temperature: 212°F / 100°CTea Amount: Approximately 7–8gFirst Step: Warm your teaware with boiling water.Rinse: Give the leaves a quick rinse with boiling water and discard the rinse.First Steeps: Begin with approximately 5–10 seconds.Later Steeps: Gradually increase the brewing time according to your taste.
