Our Roasted Tieguanyin Oolong comes from Anxi, Fujian—one of China’s celebrated tea-growing regions—and is traditionally charcoal roasted to create a wonderfully rich, smooth, and aromatic cup.

Slow roasting brings forward warm toasted notes while preserving the delicate floral character Tieguanyin is known for. The result is a beautifully balanced tea with layers of roasted warmth, subtle orchid, gentle fruit sweetness, and a soft, lingering finish.

Your Tea Ritual

For a traditional experience, brew your Tieguanyin in a Gaiwan or small teapot.

Water Temperature: 194–203°F / 90–95°C
Tea Amount: Approximately 3–5 g per serving
First Steep: 15–30 seconds
Later Steeps: Gradually increase steeping time to taste.
