At Dawterson, we want getting your order to feel just as easy as finding something you love.

Processing & Delivery

Our estimated delivery timeframe is generally 3–6 business days within the United States after processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary because of carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, product availability, fulfillment location, or other circumstances outside our control.

Free Shipping on $50+ Orders

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 are charged the applicable shipping rate shown at checkout.

Shipping exceptions: Certain oversized, overweight, special-handling, remote-location, or otherwise restricted shipments may require an additional shipping charge even when the order total is $50 or more. When an exception applies, the applicable shipping charge will be disclosed at checkout before you place the order.

Build Your Box Orders

Build Your Box orders follow the same general shipping policy. Because products may be fulfilled from different locations, items from the same box may occasionally arrive in separate packages or at different times. You will not be charged extra simply because Dawterson divides a qualifying order into multiple shipments; however, the shipping exceptions above can still apply.

Multiple Packages & Tracking

Orders containing multiple products may ship separately. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error after ordering, contact hello@dawterson.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before fulfillment begins, but cannot guarantee an address can be changed once processing or shipping has begun.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be missing something, contact hello@dawterson.com so we can investigate and make it right.
